This policy explains what Sexaplex ("Sexaplex," "we," "us") — operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] — does and does not collect, both on this website and in the Sexaplex desktop application (the "App"). Sexaplex is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older (21 where required by local law).

The short version: The App does not send your viewing history anywhere. We collect only what you actively give us (like an email for launch updates), plus ordinary, aggregate technical data needed to run the website. We never sell your data.

1. What the App collects

Your viewing activity: nothing leaves your computer. Which rooms you add to your wall, what you watch, your saved walls, and your follows are stored locally on your own device. We do not transmit, log, or receive this information.
Third-party site logins. When you log into a third-party cam site inside a tile, that login is handled directly between you and that site. Your credentials and session are stored locally on your device (the same as a browser would) and are not sent to us. Those sites' own privacy policies govern that activity.
Affiliate attribution. Links in the App carry our affiliate campaign code. When you sign up or transact on a third-party site through the App, that site's affiliate network may credit the referral to us. We receive only aggregate reporting from the network (e.g. counts and totals) — not your identity, your account, or what you watched.
Diagnostics. [If enabled at launch:] the App may collect anonymous crash and error reports to fix bugs. These contain no viewing history and no personal identifiers. This can be disabled in settings. (Confirm/adjust to match the shipped build.)

2. What this website collects

Launch-notification email. If you submit your email to be notified at launch, we store that address (via Cloudflare) solely to email you about the launch. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Standard server/technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation. We use this only in aggregate.
Age-gate acknowledgment. When you confirm you are 18+, we store a flag in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again on that device. This is not shared with us.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not build advertising profiles about you.
We do not track, log, or store what you watch.
We do not require an account to use the App.

4. Cookies & local storage

This website uses only the minimal storage needed to run (such as the age-gate acknowledgment). Inside the App, third-party cam sites you log into set their own cookies within the App's browsing environment, exactly as they would in a normal browser; those cookies are governed by those sites.

5. Third-party services

Sexaplex is a player, not a content host. The App links to official third-party live cam sites. When you interact with those sites — logging in, following, tipping, purchasing — you are dealing directly with them, under their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. We also rely on service providers such as Cloudflare (hosting) and affiliate networks (referral attribution), each with their own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

Launch-notification emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we complete the launch campaign. Aggregate technical logs are retained only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.

7. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). Because the App holds your viewing data only on your own device, you control it directly — uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes it. 8. Children

Sexaplex is strictly for adults 18+ (21 where required). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
